From the last two decades we are successfully offering the folowing services:
Tarpaulin Covering
We cover entire rake with Tarpaulins (with different quality & size as per customer requirement) for safety of material from pilferage as well as rain.
Plot Covering
We cover entire plot where cargo is stocked with Tarpaulins (with 100% waterproof tarpaulin as per stock quantity & size) for safety of material from pilferage as well as rain.
Wagon Door Packing / Sealing & Water Proofing
We do install wooden pegs & wire binding in all doors of the wagons before loading at sidings under our efficient supervisors with the active labour group to prevent any spillage of precious materials of our honourable customers.
Escorting Service
We provide trained escorts to ensure safe transit of the material at nominal costs, which when compared to the losses incurred in the process of transportation could very well be found to be extremely attractive for the users. Our escorting team also provide you status / exact location of rake from time to time through sms which enable you to make arrangement of labor, necessary equipments in schedule time.
Excess Load Adjustment Services
We arrange adjustment of loaded material from the wagon in case of excess load according to Railway’s norm.
Inspection Services
We also arrange services of Rake/Truck Loading Supervision, Sampling / Testing of material and truck/rake sealing by our sister concern M/s. Universal Survey & Analysis Services Pvt. Ltd. All these services will be provided under our supervision.
Wagon Door Packing/Sealing & Water Proofing:
- We do install wooden pegs & wire binding in all doors of the wagons before loading at sidings under our efficient supervisors with the active labour group to prevent any spillage of precious materials of our honourable customers.
- Wooden pegs and wire binding prevent the doors of wagon from opening due to heavy vibrations during the movement of rake.
- With the new introduced BCN HL Wagon having higher storage capacity but after closing the door some gap sand holes still get left indoors. Our teams are specialize in sealing that doors so that the wagon get air tight and prevent damage of valuable materials by humidity.
- We are best at sealing doors using modern and high-tech process using best sealing and waterproofing material that maintains the value of loaded commodity.
Truck / Container / Wagon Sealing:
Sealing is the ultimate process to put a check against pilferage / theft of cargo and tampering or unauthorized opening of packed trucks. It will be almost impossible to open the door of a truck / container or to open the covering tarpaulin of a truck without tampering / breaking or mutilate the seal. Generally, a security seal is used to prevent theft of cargo from Truck, Container, etc.
We are engaged in providing professional, specialized services for the Truck / Container / Wagon sealing from all loading points from Ports and mines area to the plants of the customer.
All the trucks / containers are properly sealed with double clock wire / plastic strip seals having logo and unique identification numbering by our professional and the proper documents according to Truck Number & Seal Number are providing to the customer regularly.
Floor Cleaning & Repairing:
- We provide number of active labours to clean the wagon before loading under efficient supervision to prevent mixing up unwanted rubbish or scrap materials.
